Islamic Finance Consultants B.S.C. (c) (IFC) is a Bahrain based financial advisory firm which provides financial consulting and brokerage services to Financial Institutions, Corporate entities, and Private Investment Groups.

IFC prides itself in bringing innovative, yet conservative structuring techniques into the Islamic Finance field.

IFC is licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain.

IFC was established in 1999, as a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Investment Company (InvestAD), a wholly owned UAE Government Investment Bank and Mr. Abdelhak El Kafsi, the Managing Director. In December 2011 Mr. El Kafsi acquired the shares of InvestAD in the company becoming, therefore, the sole owner of IFC.
